Sometimes, when we are living on the graces of God solely, and there doesn't seem to be anything to say - I believe it's best to not to try to.
Or, in the words of Thumper.... "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all."
Or in Biblical terms, "He who guards his mouth and his tongue, Guards his soul from troubles." Proverbs 21:23
