Sometimes the only thing you can do is praise God.
That is today for me.
Then I will come to the altar of God,
to God, my greatest joy. I will praise You
with the lyre,
God, my God.
Why am I so depressed?
Why this turmoil within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will still praise Him.

There is power in praise, it bring God's holy Spirit to rest in you. I got up at 4:30 and read 'Come unto me all you who labor and are heavy laden I will give you rest" Matt. 11 28. Oh what a sweet rest as I fell back to sleep.
