Your Church

Christians are all called to be part of a local body of believers, called the church. We are meant to love, encourage, correct, rebuke, serve each other, and so much more.

Today, I want to hear about your church.

Was it a surprise to find yourself there, or are you at the same one you've always attended?
What draws you there?
How is your local body good at encouraging/serving you?
How do you enjoy serving them?
What is it about this particular group of believers that makes it home for you?
What about your church do you love?

  2. I love that God brought me to the church we are at now! It is a small church where everyone is really like a family. They support each other in their daily lives not just on Sunday and Wednesday. There is a great emphasis on missions and helping and everyone helps out.

Growing up in church it is wonderful to learn something new each week. Sometimes it is spiritual application and sometimes it is biblical insights. It is always a blessing to worship with my fellow believers each week.

I feel so blessed to be in the church we are in now.

  3. I luv this Tif. Don't know why we are where we are completely just know that God is at work and that is where my husband and i need to be right now...Church is like families, we have our ups and downs, even our disputes, sometimes to the point of division, but God is ultimately in control if we recognize that and just wait on His perfect timing for His will in our lives... Church's are meant to be one GREAT BIG HEARTBEAT OF GOD. Ministry and reaching out to others less fortunate should be the mission of every church. Today a lot of churches reach withinn themselves and not reach out... Right now our church is reaching out in a large God-sized way that can only be done thru Him and Doug and I are blessed to be a part of it....Thank u Tif for this post...luv u girl
